Prices of Castello Domus include:

• Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels every 3 days
• Air-conditioning
• WI-FI
• Safe

Reservations can only be made in written form, by e-mail or fax or via the online reservation system of our website. Reservations are confirmed upon deposit receipt (50% of the total sum). Payment must be completed 25 days before arrival date.

Late booking

Reservations made from 25 to 7 days before arrival date are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 75% of the total cost and payment shall be done 7 days before arrival date. The same cancellation policy with early booking applies in this case, namely 50% of the total cost is charged.

Reservations made later than 7 days before arrival date are confirmed upon direct payment of the total cost (non-refundable in case of cancellation or non-show).

In any case, our payment and cancellation policy is made effective after written agreement with the customer.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation up to 25 days before arrival date, 30% of the deposit is kept. For cancellations made from 24 to 7 days before date of arrival, 50% cancellation fees will apply. For cancellations from 7 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show, the total cost of the reservation will be charged.
